5+ years of experience supporting government contracts, logistics operations, program management, training, quality assurance, or a related field.
Experience leading operational activities, training programs, quality initiatives, or workforce development efforts.
Strong understanding of operational processes, performance management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
Support recruiting and staffing activities, including candidate interviews, qualification reviews, and selection processes.
