Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, banking, financial services, or high-volume customer support environment.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, along with the ability to efficiently navigate multiple screens and systems while documenting customer interactions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong grammar, professionalism, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management.
Demonstrated ability to de-escalate challenging situations, handle confidential information responsibly, work under pressure, and maintain a positive, coachable attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Must be comfortable working in a virtual environment while onsite during training
