Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to safely drive a truck and trailer when required (CDL not required; daily driving is not expected).
Forklift operating experience.
Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
Experience coordinating freight carriers and transportation logistics.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, Microsoft Office, or other logistics software.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.
