Completion of all required airport and government security screening processes, including SIDA badge eligibility
This may also include federal Personnel Security (PerSec) SF-85 screening
SF-85 background check may be adjudicated by the Department of Homeland Security
Availability to work a non-traditional schedule (i.e. weekends, holidays, early mornings, and/or evenings)
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time
Ability to follow policies and procedures set forth by CLEAR, airport, state and federal regulations
Proficiency in using technology daily in your work
1-2 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation (i.e. retail, restaurants, hospitality, rental cars)

3+ years of experience in Inventory control/procurement/shipping and receiving/Inside Sales, etc., a plus
Microsoft Suite Experience
Overnight travel is required; you will be able to receive an overnight travel bonus
Will be using your own vehicle and the ability to fly (If traveling further out)
Sites where coverage is provided require associates to be fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Previous experience working in a GMP facility is strongly desired
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of Information Access and System ESS
A valid driver's license is required to perform the essential functions of the job
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Traveling between multiple locations in the San Francisco area
Mileage reimbursement for miles driven to client locations
Having a CDL is a plus, not a requirement
Cross-referencing and inside sales experience are a plus
Forklift Certification is a plus
Prior experience with VWR/Avantor products and services is a plus
IATA, DOT, OSHA Right to Know, IMDG a plus
