Senior Manufacturing Technician
6-10 years of Pharma/Manufacturing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience or relevant military experience
Education: Trade School or Equivalent
Operates as an experienced user.
Defined understanding of the process with the ability to perform & troubleshoot critical technical activities.
Writes applicable SOPs and Work Instructions for the area and may support FAT/SAT activities.
Trains other members of the team on process steps.
Participates in process improvement initiatives.
Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Follow instructions.
Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Working knowledge of cGMP's in a biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills to build productive relationships, collaborate effectively, and work well within a team while treating others with dignity and respect.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic supply chain environment, with the ability to act quickly and with accountability to meet organizational goals.
