6-10 years of Pharma/Manufacturing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience or relevant military experience
Education: Trade School or Equivalent
Operates as an experienced user.
Defined understanding of the process with the ability to perform & troubleshoot critical technical activities.
Writes applicable SOPs and Work Instructions for the area and may support FAT/SAT activities.
Trains other members of the team on process steps.
Participates in process improvement initiatives.
Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Follow instructions.
Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Needs to be mobile and able to independently transport themselves between various sites/locations, as dictated by the essential functions and responsibilities of the position.
Is frequently required to communicate with coworkers.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; climb, bend and stoop; and reach with hands and arms.
Ability to lift 20 lbs.
Needs to perform gowning procedures to work in manufacturing core.
Standing, walking, climbing, bending, stooping, reaching with hands and arms, and using hands to finger, handle or feel; frequently required to talk, hear, taste and smell; must have the ability to work from ladders or platforms up to 30 feet in the air and the ability to lift, push or pull up to 40 lbs.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to qualify for respiratory protective equipment use.
