Strong understanding of machining fundamentals, including speeds, feeds, and tooling applications
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, set-up sheets and technical drawings
Experience performing setups, touch-offs, and basic program adjustments
Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
