Knowledge of complex manufacturing equipment, processes, and system interactions across operations, maintenance, and quality
Ability to diagnose and resolve advanced mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic issues
Skill in applying structured root cause analysis methods to prevent recurring production or quality problems
Knowledge of statistical process control, performance metrics, and data analysis techniques
Ability to lead complex setups, changeovers, and recovery efforts following equipment downtime
Skill in developing and maintaining technical documentation, work instructions, and standardized processes
Ability to mentor and technically develop other manufacturing technicians
