Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent military experience in electrical systems or electrical systems testing.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, product, and system testing.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in transformer manufacturing.
At least 2 years of experience leading direct reports.
U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance; must meet eligibility requirements for access to export-controlled data.
