1-2 years of relevant experience; 2-5 years of manual machining experience preferred.
Experience with lathes, threaders, and use of hand tools such as hammers, wrenches, and pliers is a plus.
Ability to work outdoors and in varying environmental conditions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to read measurement tools accurately.
Basic computer skills for shop software are advantageous.
