Rigging/Material Handling Supervisor (2nd Shift)

High school diploma or trade school diploma required
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience leading associates in a material handling, rigging, or manufacturing support environment
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and build productive supervisor-employee relationships in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to effectively supervise and lead associates in a union-represented environment while maintaining accountability, consistency, and respect

Relocates and installs electrical and mechanical equipment
Testing/Inspection
Performs preventative maintenance on equipment
Dismantles, repairs and reassembles pneumatic hand tools, cylinders, and gear boxes
Fabrication, assembly, welding, cutting and pipefitting
Completes paperwork, record keeping
Available for Call-in repairs on off shift
Follows SOP, Safety and Site policies
Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosis, repair, replacement and maintenance of equipment
Pay: $22.00-$25.00
Hours: 7a-3:30pm, M-F, with some OT possible
