3+ months of reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprint/schematic reading, specification, change, design)
3+ months of experience with structure materials and processes including metals, composites, bonded and bolted joints
3+ months of experience accessing a database for detailed work instructions
3+ months of experience using precision measuring tools (i.e. micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, etc.)
3+ months of experience in composite materials and fabrication
Ability to lift, push, pull up to 35 pounds
Ability to walk constantly throughout the workday; stand 6-8 hours per day; climb or work from stairs/steps up to 8 hours per day; climb ladders; bend and twist frequently up to six hours per day; squat and kneel
Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs to 15-35 lbs

This position has a starting pay range of $17.13 to $17.63 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. The Full Range of the position is $17.13 to $27.20 per hour.
