Minimum three years of Oracle Cloud or on prem EPM implementation experience and/or recent postproduction application support; experience with Oracle EPM modules including (TRCS, Flux Ops & Rev, PCF, EDMCS) required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required
Demonstrated knowledge supporting Oracle EPM modules and related financial processes (planning, forecasting, consolidations, close, reporting)
Strong functional expertise with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and test scenarios
Ability to work closely with a mixed team including project managers, technical consultants (both on and offshore) and clients to deploy and operate technology solutions, including the ability to identify a problem and enact a multi-step approach to research the cause and resolve
Able to manage multiple client requests concurrently, prioritize workload, and operate within ITSM/ITIL based support environments; excellent verbal/written communication, analytical, and problem solving skills
Ability to travel to client sites in the Dallas area as needed.
