Payroll and Benefits Manager

3-5 years of experience managing payroll and benefits processes
Hands-on expertise in Paylocity (including Time and Labor) and annual open enrollment management
Knowledge of multi-state payroll practices, benefits administration, HRIS systems, and HR compliance or other related experience
Strong knowledge of a variety of computer software applications including payroll, benefits, time & attendance, and HRIS
Proficiency in Paylocity is required, including experience managing open enrollment, Time and Labor, and HRIS administration within the platform
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
Strong understanding of Human Resources processes and terminology, payroll and benefits processes and procedures, including eligibility and enrollment rules and benefit procedures
Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to create useful and actionable reports from data
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Strong organization skills and ability to complete multiple tasks and a high volume of work on deadline
Strong attention to detail
Creative outlook with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-through skills
Ability to respond quickly and accurately to requests for data, and the ability to provide excellent customer service
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs
Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years of relevant experience; SHRM-CP certification preferred
