Data Entry Clerk position
Wage: $15/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: In-office position (not remote)
Strong problem-solving abilities
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to quickly and accurately analyze various data formats
Ability to work with electronic maps
Solid keyboarding skills
Use one or more routing software programs to assist staff with school bus routing projects, including data entry, updating student information, and maintaining route details (stop locations, times, and assigned students)
Use Microsoft Excel to assist with data cleanup and analysis
Log hours worked and other relevant project information into a web-based tracking tool
Comply with the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
Reliability at start of each shift
Entry-level position acceptable (opportunity to learn and grow)
Pay Details: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
