Experience-based clinical proficiency aligned with credentialed role
Completion of training program applicable to credential
Current CPR certification
Valid and unrestricted driver's license, reliable transportation, and adequate auto insurance for job related travel requirements
If not currently certified for phlebotomy, must obtain certification within 6 months of hire
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
