Under the direction of the Field Supervisor or Operations Manager, the Field Technician performs critical functions such as sign installation, flagging, lane closures, and detour setups.
Drive company vehicles to and from job sites as required (must be authorized and licensed)
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
Stand for extended periods and move continuously throughout shift
Read and interpret traffic control plans, project drawings, and detour routing instructions
Know ledge of basic safety regulations, work zone safety practices, and traffic control procedures
Willingness to travel within the assigned region for daily job assignments
