G3 Aerospace is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to support the assembly, finishing, bonding, and rework of aircraft interior components and related manufactured parts.

Ability to perform detailed hand work with a steady hand and a high level of accuracy
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
Ability to follow written instructions, drawings, and standard work procedures
Experience using hand tools, including hand drills, with good control and accuracy
Ability to perform repetitive, detail-focused work while maintaining consistency
Ability to identify defects, workmanship issues, and areas requiring rework
Reliable, careful, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
