5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, facilities, or similar environment.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability in a production environment.
Experience working with industrial equipment such as motors, drives, sensors, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.
Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including 120/240V and 480V 3-phase power.
Experience diagnosing equipment failures and performing timely mechanical or electrical repairs.
Ability to work independently on off-shifts with minimal supervision.
Basic understanding of industrial safety practices, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
Ability to communicate clearly with team members regarding equipment status, repairs, and issues.
Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, practical approach to troubleshooting.
