Proven proficiency with Crown equipment and familiarity with Walkie Rider, stand-up, sit-down, and slip sheet lift trucks

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with the capacity to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout shifts
Experience using RF scanners and basic warehouse management systems
Flexibility to work mandatory overtime when required
Comfort working in cold storage or warehouse environments

A suitable background would be a solid experience within the following qualifications and experiences:
No previous experience required
Physical Demands:
Able to lift a maximum of 35 lbs. multiple times a day during a 12 hour shift floor to waist level
Able to lift overhead up to 35 lbs. repetitively
Bend and stand in difficult positions up to 12 hours
Able to push up to 35 lbs. on rollers or wheels
Minimum height requirement of 60 inches
Must have solid attention to detail
Language skills: Able to read, write, speak and comprehend either English or Spanish
Math skills: Basic
Work environment: Manufacturing environment is hot and humid in summer months, cold during winter months. High noise level requires use of hearing protection.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: One (1) year manufacturing assembly experience
