Must have at least 3 - 6 years of industrial paint and blast experience.
Previous painting experience on flat, horizontal or vertical metal surfaces; vehicle body; piping; and structural steel.
Previous experience with wet sanding, dry sanding, and blasting experience
Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have or be able to obtain site forklift and other equipment certifications.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug, alcohol and physical examination (including pulmonary and fit test).
Regularly standing and walking throughout an 8-10 hour day.
Must be able to work in outdoor, year-round temperatures.
Must be able to lift and carry objects 50 pounds, or occasionally 75 pounds, while utilizing all proper lifting procedures and practices.
Frequent stooping, bending, reaching, pushing and pulling.
Able to wear Personal Protective Equipment needed for the position
