Duties include computing costs and calculating rates for tires, services, and tracking of products; posting data; and keeping other relevant records
Responsibilities:/strong/pul liResearches and resolves customer issues./li liCreates and processes adjustments./li liProcesses customer refund requests./li liResearch, resolve and manage customer credit balance reports./li liRevenue reporting and month-end system close processing./li liManage the buying of casings and wheels./li liReceive casings and wheels when inventory is bought in Madden Co./li liBill Penske Scrap out./li liCreate Delivery Receipts (DR) in Madden Co. for Michelin and Hankook National Account./li liObtain purchase orders./li liFile Government Sales (GS) Claims./li liManage National Account Billing (NAB) Menu./li liReconcile credits received from Michelin and Hankook./li liActs as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including high-level staff./li liWorks independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects./li liStrong organizational and planning skills./li liHandlessensitive information in a confidential manner./li liExcellenttime management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work./li liMaintains professional appearance./li liOther duties may be assigned.
