A minimum of 6 months of customer service or community service experience.
Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to push/pull 50 lbs.
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, reach, and grasp.
Flexibility to work varied shifts at any time in 24-hour period (e.g., weekends, holidays).
Ability to participate in paid training for eight (8) consecutive days.
Ability to learn and use an iPad and computerized check-in system.
Ability to adapt to performing work according to set procedures.

Must have an Enhanced ID/Driver's license (REAL ID), or valid Passport, or be able to supply compliant document(s) to obtain a SIDA badge through the Port of Seattle at time of hire.
Ability to communicate in English.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum age of 18.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Friends of Youth

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED). Bachelor's degree preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience, providing direct services to young adults. Minimum of 6 months of full-time experience, providing direct services to youth in work or volunteer capacity.
2 years of experience with minors and/or young adults
Must be 21 years or older.
Must satisfactorily pass criminal history check.
Must pass a DCYF background check.
Must satisfactorily pass tuberculosis (TB) test.
Must have reliable transportation and a Washington State driver's license (or be able to obtain one by date of employment)
Employees and volunteers who operate their own or Friends of Youth vehicles on Friends of Youth business, must have a safe driving record as defined by Friends of Youth.
Must successfully complete the following health certification requirements within 30 days of employment: Food Handler's Card, CPR, First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogens.
Must have strong proficiency in English.
Demonstrated knowledge of MS365 Power Platform.
