Proficiency in basic computer functions, including use of MS Office applications

Ability to interpret digital patterns and assemble them into complex, multi component prototypes
Capable of working independently with minimal instruction or supervision
Extensive hands-on experience with industry standard cut and sew equipment
Skilled in operating various sewing machines such as Single Needle Walking Foot, Double Needle CWF, Bartack machines, and Rivet/Eyelet presses
Proficiency using essential tools of the trade including scissors, measuring tools, and related equipment
5+ years of cut and sew manufacturing experience with strong knowledge of production processes for backpacks or similar product categories
Able to follow both verbal and written instructions for prototype construction
Understanding of textile properties including yarn direction, bias, fabric coatings, and material treatments
