Support front office and scheduling operations in a fast-paced healthcare clinic
Manage a high volume of inbound calls, scheduling patient appointments and confirming visit details
Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility prior to appointments
Enter and track authorizations accurately in the system
Complete patient check-in process, including collecting co-pays and verifying demographics
Balance daily batches and reconcile end-of-day payments and co-pays with careful documentation
Ensure proper handling, allocation, and recording of payments in compliance with clinic procedures
Deliver professional, compassionate customer service to patients at all times
Customer service experience in a healthcare or patient-facing environment
Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask efficiently
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn healthcare systems
Experience in the healthcare industry
Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred)
Familiarity with insurance verification, authorizations, and front office workflows
1–2 years of healthcare, customer service, or front office experience preferred
Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply
