Reliable personal transportation with valid driver's license and insurance (must be able to travel between multiple properties daily)
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs (supplies, small furniture items, etc.)
Proficiency with smartphones and apps for documenting inspections, uploading photos, and communicating with the team in real time
Ability to perform light repairs or replacements (changing light bulbs, batteries, touch-up paint, small fixes)
Clear, professional communication skills for working with team members, vendors, and occasionally guests
Strong photography skills for property documentation
A track record of improving customer experience scores or guest reviews in a previous role
Knowledge of local area attractions, services, and hospitality trends
Availability for flexible scheduling, including occasional weekends or evenings when urgent property needs arise
