Minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC/R experience.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC and/or refrigeration systems.
Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skills.
Ability to work independently in the field without daily direct supervision.
Ability to read and follow work orders, diagnose issues, identify needed parts, and communicate repair recommendations.
Willingness to dispatch from home or company vehicle and travel directly to commercial job sites.
Willingness to travel inter-island as needed for project work or service coverage.
Professional communication skills when interacting with clients, managers, and field teams.
Ability to support urgent or after-hours service calls when required.
