Must be able to read and understand HACCP along with FDA and OSHA requirements as needed
Must be physically capable of working extended hours if needed and in a wet environment, standing for long periods of time, and operating processing equipment
Must support all Food Safety initiatives
This position requires the individual to wear and work in personal protective equipment while in the manufacturing environment
Must follow all GMP and HACCP procedures that relate to product safety with the facility
Must be able to transfer live birds from holding zone onto shackles on a processing line
Must adhere strictly to animal care and wellbeing, safety, and food safety standards and requirements
Must wear and work in personal protective equipment while in the manufacturing environment
The noise level of the manufacturing environment may exceed 85 DBA and require hearing protection
