Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with our great customers inside their businesses and/or homes
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
Willing to work in different types of weather conditions

5–10+ years of experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or pest control
2–5+ years of supervisory or management experience
Strong knowledge of landscaping, horticulture, turf management, and irrigation systems
Expertise in pest control methods, IPM principles, and pesticide regulations
Understanding of environmental sustainability practices and green landscape management
Ability to operate and oversee use of grounds and pest control equipment
Proficiency with work order systems, reporting tools, and inspection platforms
Ability to operate grounds equipment and lift/move materials and tools
Work performed primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and respond to weather events
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local pest control regulations
