Answering phones, emails, and questions from pet parents
Maintains neat and organized Front Desk team area at all times
Must be the first point of contact as a Front Desk Coordinator
Love dogs
Education in basic dog obedience and training
Dogtopia's safety and cleaning standards
Clean and Safe Environment
Maintain and update cleaning schedule
Dismissing dogs proactively with ongoing behavior issues and monitors action plans
Tracking relationship and communication with Pet Parents
Building lasting relationships with our Pet Parents
Understanding our Dogtopia-isms
Derive and maintain customer service standards (Smile, Story, Satisfaction)
Proficient in data entry and front desk duties
