Associate degree in Science field. (Two years laboratory experience may be substituted for the degree).
One (1) year of laboratory experience.
Strong computer experience and strong organizational skills.
Ability to learn genetics terminology and concepts.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize, attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats.
Ability to use resources and sound judgment.
Ability to perform well in the absence of direct supervision.
Ability to work weekends and holidays, as required and/or on rotation.

AZ Pharmacy Trainee License is required with the requirement to obtain AZ Pharmacy Technician license upon trainee license expiration

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Stand for lengthy periods
Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 20 lbs. frequently
Perform repetitive motion with fingers, hands, and arms
Work may be in confined areas close to machinery
Work may be performed in an environment with varying levels of noise
Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate peak volume times
Willingness and ability to learn internal systems/processes as needed
