Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
3-5 years prior experience in customer sales, category insights/management, analytics, shopper marketing/insights, or related field in a consumer products environment
Experience with syndicated data sources and consumer panels, like Nielsen, IRI, Numerator are required
Ability to prioritize and deliver against competing demands
Ability to digest and understand large quantities of data and information, and effectively communicate key take aways for retailers and our Kenvue brand partners
Demonstration of strong presentation skills and ability to tailor communication style to a variety of key decision makers
Use data driven insights and facts to deliver persuasive content to gain support for business strategies / or initiatives
