Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering from an accredited institution, with graduation date before August of 2026
Minimum of one internship/co-op experience or an equivalent 3 months of experience in a technician or maintenance role working on or with machines, vehicles or large equipment
Ability to understand 3-phase power systems and low, medium, and high voltage power distribution equipment
Identify and maintain safety compliance including EESS Qualified Electrical Worker (QEW) program and any required annual re-certifications thereafter
Strong computer skills
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8
This position requires you to drive an Eaton vehicle
Submit to periodic customer required background and drug screenings
Proficient with hand and power tools for equipment assembly
Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
Works well under time constraints and in stressful situations
Must be able to work variable hours, including nights & weekends, and travel within the district/state/region/country based on customer requirements
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid TWIC card
Must be able and willing to obtain Department of Transportation (DOT) non-CDL qualification and comply with all DOT regulatory requirements, if required

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, specifications and governmental regulations.
Good oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers and peers.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
Proficiency with MS Office and Windows operating systems is expected.
Ability to read drawings and prepare graphs, tables, and text for final reports and to write procedure manuals.
Strong understanding and engineering principles and design practices.
