Minimum 6–8 years of facilities or utilities maintenance experience
Including at least 3 years in a GMP-regulated biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences manufacturing environment
Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, utility systems, IT data center infrastructure, CRAC units, UPS systems, BMS, and CMMS platforms
Experience with GMP documentation, SOPs, preventative maintenance programs, work order management, emergency response, and critical system recovery
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license required
Advanced troubleshooting skills and compliance with FDA, EH&S;, cGMP, and ISO regulations are essential
