High school diploma GED.
2 Years aviation Fuel experience.
2-5 years of combined bench or line experience working on Fuel components. Performing teardown, inspection, parts requisition, assembly, testing, troubleshooting, repair and overhaul of aircraft Fuel components.
Extensive knowledge of Fuel components is required for this position.
Knowledge of and the ability to operate various test equipment.
Must be capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced industry while meeting established timelines.
Excellent verbal, written, listening, and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with all levels of internal contacts.
Detail orientated and organized.
Willingness to work additional hours as required to meet operational objectives.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions, exercising risk-taking when necessary.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work without close supervision.
