Electrical start-up and testing experience including: circuit breakers, transformers, switchgear, VFDs, PLCs, and capacitor banks
The ability to effectively communicate in the English language. This includes the ability to understand the spoken and written word as well as speak in English.

Experience migrating data and processes to Salesforce from another CRM system.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address operational issues.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
