High School OR Ten years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum Years of Experience Necessary: 1 year of exp with HS/GED, Zero years of exp with Tech Degree
Valid Driver's license and a safe driving record.
Physically able to climb ladders, work at high elevations and lift objects up to fifty pounds.
Mechanical aptitude.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret plans, specifications, contract documents, control drawings, service bulletins, technical procedure manuals, equipment specifications, and governmental regulations.

Must have basic knowledge of a millwright practices.
Must be able to read/interpret millwright/construction blueprints, sketches, specifications, etc.
Requires knowledge of boilers, air compressors, and conveyors.
Requires 4 years experience.
Must be able to work in a team atmosphere.
Must put forward a professional behavior that enhances productivity and promotes teamwork and cooperation.
Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk/hazard to the employee or others.
Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate certifications where such certifications are a requirement of the job.
Must be a U.S. Citizen in order to obtain required NASA badge.
Must be able to provide a certified Birth Certificate (with state seal), Passport, or INS Citizenship documents on date of hire (candidate will be sent home if this paperwork is not provided upon arrival on date of hire).
Must have the ability to communicate the English language, both verbally and written, in an effective manner.
Must have, and maintain, a valid Real ID driver's license.
Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment background check and drug screen test.
Regular attendance in accordance with established work schedule is critical. Ability to work outside normal schedule and adjust schedule to meet peak periods and surge requirements when required.
