1–3 years of experience completing warehouse tasks in an industrial, production, or similar work environment
Experience using spray equipment or similar application equipment
Understanding of the cement or coating application process
Clear, concise, and accurate communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working within production schedules
Strong teamwork skills
Basic mathematics and basic computer experience
High attention to detail
Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout a 10-hour shift
Lifting and moving up to 45 pounds
Ability to wear required PPE, including respirators and protective gear
Willingness and ability to work overtime and weekend hours, including some mandatory Saturdays
