1st shift MIG Welders
Perform MIG welding on steel, aluminum, and other metal components according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to fabricate products accurately.
Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and related fabrication tools.
Cut, grind, fit, and prepare materials for welding and assembly.
Inspect finished welds to ensure quality, strength, and appearance standards are met.
Perform measurements and quality checks using tape measures, calipers, squares, and other inspection tools.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with company and OSHA standards.
Assist with general fabrication, assembly, and production activities as needed.
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Experience using fabrication equipment such as grinders, saws, drill presses, and measuring tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic math and measurement skills.
