Valid Driver's License
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience specifically within the millwright or rigging field
Proven ability to lead crews in the installation, removal, and relocation of heavy industrial machinery
Extensive experience with precision equipment alignment, leveling, and heavy rigging techniques
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and mechanical specifications
Absolute willingness to travel to various regional project assignments as required
