Education: High school diploma or GED required.
3+ years' experience with progressive stamping dies, troubleshooting die issues, and precision surface grinding.
Ability to read tooling prints, die layouts, and engineering drawings, skilled with precision measurement tools, and strong attention to detail.
Solid understanding of tool steel behavior, wear patterns, and preventative maintenance practices.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
