Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
Ability to train multiple personality types and stay on track to successfully complete the training on time
Proficient in Word and Math (testing required)
Must be able to facilitate and deliver all classroom training content
Train processes and procedures through verbal instruction, demonstration, and trainee's hands-on execution of required job skills
Conduct new hire orientations and refresher training classes
Use appropriate assessment tools to provide feedback regarding trainee's progress and relay to Training Manager and DC Operations Management
Assist in the development of training materials to ensure success of all Associates. Including the use of PowerPoint, Excel, translation software, etc
Become a subject matter expert by developing and maintaining a level of operational expertise in a minimum of one functional area in the Distribution Center

2-5 years Warehouse or Manufacturing Experience
Must have a basic knowledge of lean manufacturing.
Previous management in a production environment
Strong math skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, time-restricted environment
General Professional Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Bilingual a plus)
