Previous experience as a Cook, Line Cook, Prep Cook, Food Service Cook, Restaurant Cook, Camp Cook, or related culinary position required
Demonstrated knowledge of basic food preparation principles and cooking techniques
Ability to safely prepare food using a variety of cooking methods and kitchen equipment
Understanding of food safety, sanitation, storage, and safe food handling practices
Ability to obtain required food safety certifications
Reliable transportation and ability to commute daily to a remote worksite located approximately 30 minutes east of Pampa, Texas
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Basic math and measurement skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical job duties including lifting, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
