The successful candidate must have knowledge of processes and techniques used to maintain high-tech EWP manufacturing equipment.
Minimum of three (3) years' experience as an electrician in an industrial/manufacturing environment or electrical degree
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to pass a pre-employment testing process
Must have a high school diploma or GED (or higher)
Ability to troubleshoot 480v and low voltage electrical systems, AC and DC
Familiarity with troubleshooting, set up, and program variable speed drives
Ability to read equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics
Able to work with computerized maintenance systems for processes, stores, work orders, etc
Willingness to fully cross train in other technical areas to enhance capabilities
Must be willing to work any shift, including rotating shifts plus weekends and holidays as operating conditions require
Must be willing to work overtime as operating conditions require
Willingness to work at heights, in confined spaces, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in an industrial environment containing wood dust and extreme heat and cold
Willingness and ability to work safely and follow all company safety policies and procedures
