Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
5+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment using hand tools, performing assembly and/or repair work
Must pass all job-specific or specialized certification programs required for core tasks or specialized assignments
