Must own tools applicable to position
Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
High School diploma, Trade school certificate preferred
Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle
Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times

High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Minimum 5 years of experience in rotating equipment manufacturing, welding, fabrication, or mechanical assembly within a shop environment.
Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, assembly instructions, and technical specifications.
Must be able to pass GTAW P8 6G welding qualification testing and maintain required welding certifications.
Strong mechanical aptitude with experience performing repairs, installations, inspections, and alignments on industrial equipment.
Gas turbine mechanical work, overhaul experience, and Siemens Energy turbomachinery experience preferred.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
