High School Diploma/GED required.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a mold maker or tool and die maker position.
Advanced expertise in plastic injection mold repair and maintenance.
Proficient in the use of tool room machinery, including surface grinders, lathes, milling machines, sinker EDM, wire EDM, drill EDM and TIG/MIG welding applications.
Skilled in the use of precision measuring equipment (e.g. micrometers, height gauges, calipers).
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good knowledge of CAD/CAM software (e.g., CATIA, AutoCAD).
Capable of designing and fabricating fixtures and gauges.
