Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Contract with Potential for Hire
Support laboratory operations at a customer site in Ann Arbor, MI
Provide day-to-day laboratory support, including stockroom services, order entry, and order management
Receive, organize, and distribute laboratory supplies and materials
Deliver direct shipment orders to end users and perform on-site deliveries as needed
Support shipping, receiving, material handling, and inventory control activities
Perform laboratory support services such as glassware collection and cleaning, biological waste collection, and sterilization
Utilize customer procurement and inventory management systems to ensure accurate order processing
Track chemicals, maintain inventory records, and support laboratory compliance procedures
Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests while resolving concerns in a timely manner
Continuously learn and apply new policies, procedures, and process improvements
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Perform additional duties as assigned
Comfortable using computers and inventory or procurement software
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
