Inbound: Coordinate and schedule inbound shipments (Manage Dock Schedule) Coordinate and schedule inbound service related to client purchasing activities
Outbound: Coordinate and schedule LTL Freight
Obtain requirements for each shipment (Date Required, Delivery Requirements, etc.)
Complete quotes for each shipment
Obtain approval for shipping carrier / quote
Supports quoting process for parcel and freight
Leverage carrier software to quote and schedule shipments
Previous experience working with Parcel and LTL carriers
Technical Skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access)
Strong organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Oral and written communication skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
