Minimum of a bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field
Master’s degree preferred
Significant experience in a leadership role within surgical services is required
Experience in surgical services management
Managing the surgical department's daily operations
Driving continuous improvement initiatives
Understanding of healthcare regulations
Proven track record of managing large surgical teams
On-site in Farmers Branch, TX
May require some travel between facilities

Assembly knowledge of electrical test equipment
